KATHLEEN BROOKBANKS, managing director ofthe Midwest region at OMD, will now serve as managing director of organizational development for OMD in the U.S. In her new role, Brookbanks will direct the design, planning and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies and procedures. Replacing her is WILLIAM GORSKI, who was named managing director of the Midwest region. Gorski joins OMD from DraftFCB-Chicago, where he served as executive vice president, chief account services officer.
