Primedia Friday said it is exploring the sale of its enthusiast magazines, including titles like
Motor Trend, Automobile, Hot Rod, Power & Motoryacht and
Surfer. The division boasts 90
Web sites, including Automotive.com and Equine.com, along with 70 print magazines. The company said it retained Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers to manage the process.
