Carat Interactive has named Toby Gabriner as Chief Operating Officer, a new position. In this role, Gabriner will oversee all agency services and U.S locations, as well as play a key role in
contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the agency. Gabriner had most recently served as executive vice president, Managing Director of Carat Interactive. Gabriner previously served as
President and COO of Freestyle Interactive. His additional background includes a number of years in management and IT consulting.
