Two influential digital TV standards groups, the Liberty Alliance Project and TV-Anytime Forum, Wednesday announced plans to work together to create a unified industry standard for tracking "digital
identity" of digital video recorder users. The standards are expected to cover issues of privacy, security and interoperability.
