The Ogilvy Group has made Ian Thomas an executive vice president and Managing Partner. Thomas will leave the OgilvyAction office in London, where he was a global creative director, to lead the
Creative Services Group in New York. Previously, Thomas was a creative director for Publicis Dialog.
