AOL named Nisha Kumar to the position of chief financial officer, reporting to AOL Chairman and CEO Randy Falco. Kumar comes to AOL from Time Warner Inc., where she held senior positions in operations
and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, she served as a vice president at Priceline.com and was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Kumar steps into the role vacated by Stephen Swad, who
resigned recently to take a position at a private-equity firm.
This is Kumar's second turn with AOL. She first came to the company in 2001, where she worked on cross-divisional
investments with Time Warner.
