SI.com and NBCSports.com have entered into a cross-promotional deal to expose one another's audiences to the other. Kicking off the deal this weekend, broadband segments produced by NBCSports.com were
featured on SI.com.
In the future, SI.com will regularly point viewers toward NBCSports.com broadband segments, as well as NBC's Rotoworld fantasy news and information from its
player and team pages.
NBCSports.com, meanwhile, will produce SI writer broadband segments and point its viewers toward SI.com for writer analysis & commentary and SI's photography, as well as
its Truth & Rumors daily feature.
The deal is intended to provide an opportunity for advertisers to leverage cross-platform, multimedia buys across the NBC Sports and Sports Illustrated
franchises.
