Bravo has acquired the rights to the hard-hitting TV criticism and analysis site Television Without Pity. Financials were not disclosed.

While the site's URL will remain unchanged at TelevisionWithoutPity.com, it will now link to Bravo's three Trio-branded channels, BrilliantButCancelled.com, OUTzoneTV.com and getTRIO.com. As part of the deal, Bravo has also bought Fametracker.com--another site owned by Television Without Pity founders Sarah Bunting and Tara Ariano.

Bunting and Ariano will stay as editors, and will continue to oversee all TWoP content. TWoP presently attracts approximately 30 million page views a month, according to comScore MediaMetrix, and prides itself on a devoted community of users.
