Overture adds The Wall Street Journal Online to Search Network, Expands Partnerships with CNN.com and ESPN.com Yahoo!'s Overture announced three new partnership agreements on Monday, including a new
distribution arrangement with the Wall Street Journal Online (WSJ.com). In addition the company has extended its existing partnerships with CNN.com and ESPN.com. Overture will provide both Content
Match results to WSJ.com's more than 689,000 online subscribers worldwide as well as sponsored search results to users of the WSJ.com's site search. With CNN.com, Overture replaces Google as the
site's default search provider. Overture will also begin to provide Content Match, its contextual advertising product, to both CNN.com and ESPN. The company's enhanced relationship with ESPN.com
promises a more robust and comprehensive search experience. All three deals are multi-year agreements.
