CELIA BARBOUR has been appointed food editor of O, The Oprah Magazine. Barbour will be responsible for the editing of all food-related articles, as well as cookbook and product reviews. Barbour joins Hearst Magazines after freelancing for two years for publications including O, The Oprah Magazine, The New York Times, and Gourmet.
