Online ad management system provider Accipiter today is expected to announce a breakthrough in its AdManager V7 ad serving platform that solves problems related to service active content ads such as
Flash, Shockwave and QuickTime, in compliance with new guidelines established by Microsoft and Macromedia. The solution anticipates a new version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser, scheduled to
be released later this year, which will stop content form loading each time a new browser encounters active content.
