Euro RSCG Life, a Chicago-based health care communications network, is is being realigned under the agency's Euro RSCG Life LM&P operating unit. It will be headed by Dave Paragamian, who takes on the
role of president. Previously, Paragamian was COO of GSW Worldwide in Columbus, Ohio.
