Information Resources extended its relationship an additional four years as News America Marketing's primary supplier of syndicated sales tracking information and analysis, consumer panel
information, and associated Web-based data access solutions. News America Marketing will use IRI's InfoScan point-of-sale data and Consumer Network household panel information to provide detailed
analysis on the impact of in-store and Free Standing Inserts promotions to its clients at the program execution level. The renewed four-year agreement provides News America Marketing with a complete
suite of products and services to support its operating companies, including News America Marketing In-Store Services, Inc. and News America Marketing FSI, Inc.
