The Hollywood Reporter's film reporter and features editor Sheigh Crabtree will be honored later this month by the American Cinema Editors at the annual ACE Eddie Awards. Crabtree will receive the
Robert Wise Award, which recognizes writers who have contributed to elevating public awareness of the role editing plays in the filmmaking process.
"Sheigh personifies the hard-nosed reporting
and industry expertise found within our ranks," said Hollywood Reporter editor in chief and publisher Robert J. Dowling in a press release. "She has continually reached beyond the boundaries of
traditional coverage of editing to find interesting new stories that need to be told."
