I've seen this site flying around techie blogs and sites the last day or two.
There's Facebook integration available, but it only shows your responses as opposed to letting friends respond to the questions, at least from what I see.
This type of tool is useful for newspaper sites, as it allows the user to "gain control" by creating their own prompt. In a way, it's a simplistic and (potentially) moderated form of article comments.
In its current form, I don't think it has the potential to be anything overly exciting. The idea of scrolling through pages of questions for no apparent reason is a bore, but integration (in bite-size chunks) with other social sites, widgets and the like could prove beneficial.
