Archaeology Magazine has teamed with Hatherleigh Press to publish "Secrets of Ancient Egypt," a trade hardcover set to arrive in stores in March. The book, distributed by W.W. Norton, compiles a range
of articles and information.
"From mummies to the pyramids, ancient Egyptian culture has held an undeniable fascination for the public," said Hatherleigh editorial director Lori Baird in a press
release. "Archaeology Magazine has proven itself to be an incredible resource on this topic and is the perfect partner for launching a book that investigates the accomplishments of this historic
civilization."
Archaeology is the magazine of the Archaeological Institute of America, North America's oldest and largest organization devoted to the world of archaeology. "Secrets of Ancient
Egypt" will be promoted via Archaeology's web site (www.archaeology.org), its email newsletter and print ads in the magazine.
