Spike Commits To 'Murder' This Summer

  • July 16, 2007
Spike TV's new unscripted series, "Murder," employs the reality format in the business of crime-solving. The story follows real people as they try to solve an actual homicide pulled directly from police files. Produced by reality innovator Bunim-Murray Productions, the show debuts July 31. "Murder" is hosted by Detective Tommy Le Noir, a 27-year Arlington, Texas decorated police officer who is responsible for multiple capital murder convictions. Each episode begins with Le Noir taking civilians into an exact replica crime scene of a solved case. Bunim-Murray is responsible for "The Real World" and "The Simple Life."
