Biggers Brings Ideas To The Marketing Arm

Scott Biggers has joined Omnicom's The Marketing Arm as group concept director, a new position within the Dallas agency. Biggers will be responsible for the creation and build-out of ideas. He will also help develop creative and strategic direction for select client initiatives.

Biggers joins The Marketing Arm from hawkeye, where he'd worked as vice president/group creative director since 2006.

Previously, he worked for six years at Tribal DDB, most recently as creative director in the Dallas office.
