ComScore Moves Forward With MRC Audit

ComScore on Friday formally entered into an agreement with the Media Rating Council to move forward with an MRC audit of the U.S. Media Metrix online audience measurement service. The agreement is seen as the next step for comScore in gaining MRC accreditation. The first phase of the audit will cover comScore's proprietary technology for capturing the Internet behavior of its 2 million panelists worldwide.
