Jaguar is spotlighting the all-wheel drive benefits of its X-TYPE sports sedan with a new advertising campaign entitled 'Claws'. The new 30-second TV commercial, broke Monday on network prime-time
programming, shows four sets of needle-sharp claws bursting through the road surface to reflect the X-TYPE's four-wheel grip. The campaign runs throughout the first quarter, includes programming
placements on the 2003 Academy Awards, the Golden Globe Awards, NBA coverage, ABC Nightly News, and Dateline. Regional and local ads will compliment the national coverage. A print version of 'Claws'
will appear in major national newspapers, including USA Today. It will also feature automotive titles like Car & Driver, Road & Track, Motor Trend and Automobile, as well as the Sports Illustrated
Swimsuit issue, Fortune magazine's Fortune 500 issue, GQ and Vanity Fair.
