Radio One has signed a five-year agreement with Arbitron to use ratings from its Portable People Meter measurement system in 14 markets and a continuation of paper diary service in one market. The
markets include: Atlanta, Baltimore, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Charlotte, Columbus, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Raleigh, St. Louis and Washington, D.C. Radio One is
the largest urban broadcasting company targeting African-American consumers. --Erik Sass
