Harte-Hanks and Unica Corporation today announced a strategic alliance to extend customer relationship management (CRM) services to Harte-Hanks consumer and business-to-business marketing clients. As a result, Harte-Hanks will offer a comprehensive marketing solution that bundles the CRM products and services of Harte-Hanks with Unica's enterprise marketing management suite, Affinium. Affinium powers marketing innovation, enabling marketers to gather and analyze knowledge from multiple data sources; identify customer wants and needs; plan, execute and manage tailored programs for interactions through multiple touch points; and measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
