CareerBank.com, a resource for accounting and finance professionals, announced that it has acquired RegionalHelpWanted.com, a network of more than 350 hyper-local Internet job boards.

As part of the deal, CareerBank.com gains penetration into the local markets of cities like Memphis, Tenn. and Pensacola, Fla.--both via the Web and through radio spots--as Poughkeepsie, N.Y.-based RegionalHelpWanted.com has spent nearly 10 years building partnerships with area radio stations. Broadcasters agree to run 60-second spots promoting sites like www.PensacolaHelpWanted.com, in exchange for a cut of the fees that employers pay to run their ads on the Web site.

CareerBank.com is a subsidiary of Fort Worth, Texas-based onTargetJobs, parent company of a network of niche job-seeker sites including MedHunters, JobLoft and Hcareers.
