Idearc Media Corp.'s Superpages.com will now feature events listings for more than 15,000 small towns and cities from AmericanTowns.com.

Fairfield, Conn.-based AmericanTowns offers event listings for some 120,000 community organizations like the Cultural Park Theater in Cape Coral, Fla. and Chamber of Commerce in Arlington, Texas, as well as info on local resources like real estate, jobs and public transportation schedules. Links to the events and their listings will be found on the adjacent Superpages town and city entries.

"AmericanTowns' local event content adds more personalized and localized information to Superpages.com," said Robyn Rose, vice president of marketing for Superpages.com, "which enhances the user experience and further differentiates Superpages.com."

The partnership is the first joint initiative between the two companies, although Idearc Media made a $3.3 million investment in AmericanTowns in September 2007.
