“The Division,” a Lifetime Television series that explores the life of five San Francisco police officers, has been picked up for a third season. Lifetime TV airs the Viacom program Sunday nights and
will show 22 episodes when the season begins. “The Division” is one of the highest rated original dramas on cable TV and boasts almost 3 million viewers. “’The Division’ features compelling characters
with a strong sense of duty who are deeply affected by the often senseless crimes they confront on a daily basis,” said Barbara Fisher, Lifetime TV’s executive vice president of entertainment. “Our
viewers connect with this very humanistic combination of strength and vulnerability. The program, which stars Bonnie Bedelia, won a 2002 Vision Award and has received other award nominations.
