Spot on! I just experienced this EXACT situation firsthand last week. I was speaking with a very progressive media buyer at a well known interactive agency and when we began to discuss his client's
video and moving it to online, he got really quiet. Almost with embarrassment, he stated that their client wanted all video managed by their traditional agency and that the agency just doesn't see the
value in online yet. The buyer immediately got our value proposition, but he was hesitant to (again) go back to the client and get them to move some of their video online. The frustration in his voice
was obvious, and I think any of us in the industry can empathize with his situation.
