Falk eSolutions AG has dominated the European ad serving and management market since 1998, but the time has come for the company to expand operations to the United States.
The company yesterday
announced that it has officially entered the US market, establishing North American headquarters in New York City, which will be led by Joe Apprendi, who will serve as President. Apprendi was formerly
Executive Vice President of Eyeblaster, Inc., where he led global sales and marketing the past two years and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

office, we now have the product and personnel to deliver on this objective in the United States."
Falk AdSolution is used by over 100 publisher and 30 agency customers worldwide, and the U.S.
division is launching with a roster of brand-name publishers, including A&E Television Networks, which operates Biography.com, HistoryChannel.com and A&E's flagship, AETV.com.
