I'm one of those Dell Support Technicians, and I wanted to take just a minute and let you [Nina Lentini] know how your article lifts the spirits of all of us who answer the phones/chats. Just knowing
that there are people out there that appreciate the work we do, makes the job worth doing. We all try our best to be a person helping a person. We just happen to work for Dell, and you happen to be
a writer (and a darn tooting good one, if you ask me).
