Concurrent Computer Corp. and TV Guide Interactive are demonstrating TV Guide Interactive's video-on-demand guide in high definition and are featuring a full-motion video streamed from Concurrent's video server to the program guide's barker window. The companies said it will create new, unique advertising and revenue-generating opportunities.

TV Guide Interactive's VOD Guide is offered to cable operators as a part of Concurrent's MediaHawk On-Demand Platform. It provides subscribers with accessible from the core guide service, from a designated channel or from an alternate menu that is customizable by the cable operator. "This successful integration demonstrates our commitment to delivering more comprehensive guidance solutions for our cable affiliates and consumers alike," said Todd Walker, senior vice president and general manager of TV Guide Interactive.
