I am the founder of an interactive product placement startup company and after reading Wayne Friedman's article, I couldn't agree with him more. My technology is available for the masses right
now without any new technology or hardware for the household, yet the networks don't seem to be interested (or they just don't see it as a priority). This article really hit a nerve for me
because, like Friedman, I totally agree that people would much rather interact with what they want in a show rather than be interrupted by commercials.
