Euro RSCG Worldwide has created two new fully integrated agencies in its North American structure, combining 11 existing agencies across all marketing communications disciplines. The new entities,
Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners and Euro RSCG Tatham Partners, each have a single profit and loss center, CEO, and management team. The agency said the move is designed to break down traditional barriers to
true integration.
The company claims the move marks the first time an agency network has implemented a single P&L structure on this scale. "We surveyed our clients and found that they were looking
for creative solutions from our agencies without regard to discipline," said Euro RSCG Worldwide Chairman and CEO Bob Schmetterer in making the announcement. "We determined that the best way to
respond to our clients and deliver true integration was to transform the entire business model. We created this new structure to break down financial, structural, and physical barriers to
integration."
