eUniverse, Inc., the interactive entertainment network, and Versaly Games, Inc., a mobile entertainment company that develops, publishes and distributes content to subscribers using mobile phones,
have entered into a strategic alliance. The content agreement provides Versaly with popular digital content from eUniverse's network sites and email newsletters. Content from eUniverse will be branded
with the eUniverse name, thus extending brand awareness into a new market of mobile phone users using Versaly.
