Internet advertising firm L90, Inc. said on Friday it is delaying filing its 2001 annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which is investigating the company's financial records. L90
said it is conducting an internal review in response to the SEC investigation and also a request for information by Nasdaq, and becuase of that it is unable to finalize the financial statements to be
contained in its Form 10-K to be filed with the SEC. The company's independent public accountants have said they will not be able to deliver an audit report until the completion of that internal
review.
