interactive media company as its exclusive advertising supplier for Howtowebtv.com and Videoandarcade.com; as well as on specialty television channels including HGTV, Life, and YTV. Under the terms of
the agreement, HowToWebTV will utilize the Engage sales force to sell banners and program-specific sponsorship on the HowToWebTV website and advertising sponsorship for HowToWebTV television programs.
