Along with body English, these emotion tags can trigger counter-intuitive impacts. For example, with all
of the political "branding" that we are being bombarded with now, I prepare myself to listen to the words, watch the speaker, and then gut instinct and common sense comes into play, as I respond on
the emotional level ... from smiling in positive agreement to annoyed anger or disbelief.
It's amazing, though, how many "brands" don't get the mixed messages they are sending out, and then
wonder why no one is responding the way they want them to.

clients, and prospects.
