Bag Ads a Success

ValuMedia LLC, makers of recently launched in-store marketing tools ValuStrips couponing, and ValuBag advertising, for consumer packaged goods companies such as Kellogg's, Unilever and Nestle USA, reported results confirming the success of the product rollout to major retailers nationwide. ValuStrips, which are plastic strips containing coupons, rebates, sweepstakes and other advertising messages attached directly to plastic bags, and ValuBag, bags with a 7.0" by 9.5" advertisement printed on one side of each plastic bag, have yielded stronger than anticipated test results. Company officials confirmed that by the end of 2001, ValuMedia LLC marketing tools will be on over 3 billion bags nationwide.
