Leave Media Strategy To Experts

Talk about hitting the nail on the head -- good job. I too can't understand what the CMOs were thinking, [talking about] working directly with media companies. Do they really feel this will be beneficial long term? I doubt it. I'm sure the media companies would be fine with it,[though] -- a lot easier "sell" to clients than going through the negotiation process with media professionals.

And by the way, I vote to remove "disintermediate" from our lexicon. Let the CMOs concentrate on connecting with customers and leave media strategy to the experts.
