WashPo Co. Buy Downgraded

S&P's credit-rating agency lowered its ratings outlook for the Washington Post Co. from "stable" to "negative," citing concerns over continued declines in circulation and advertising revenue, reports The Washington Post. Moody also downgraded its outlook to "negative." The company, which owns Kaplan, Cable One, seven TV stations, Newsweek and Slate magazines, will announce third-quarter earnings on Friday.
