AdForce today announced an agreement with Liberate Technologies under which AdForce's ad management and delivery solution will enable Liberate network operator clients to deliver advertising through
the Liberate TV Platform(TM) software.
Together, the two companies will enable network operators to produce an advertising-enriched and complete experience for iTV subscribers, and gain a new
source of ad revenue. The combined effort also provides Liberate customers with access to AdForce's roster of advertiser, agency and ad sales clients.
Under the terms of the agreement, AdForce
will offer its capabilities on the Liberate platform to network operators, including intuitive ad campaign scheduling, ad inventory management and forecasting, profile-based targeting, ad delivery, ad
tracking and reporting services.
