McCann-Erickson WorldGroup has acquired The Waylon Company which will be merged into the St. Louis operations of Momentum Worldwide, a McCann-Erickson WorldGroup company that specializes in event
marketing and sales promotion. Financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed.
