Unicast and KMGI Studios today announced the formation of a cooperative marketing and sales alliance whereby KMGI will be able to promote, sell and create SUPERSTITIAL ad units (on a non-exclusive basis) in order to enable its advertisers and their agencies to utilize the SUPERSTITIAL advertising format.

In turn, Unicast will promote KMGI and its products, Webmercials and WebPresentations, as a Preferred Reseller and Creative Developer of SUPERSTITIAL ad units.

As is the case with all SUPERSTITIAL advertising, Unicast will operate and control the serving of all SUPERSTITIAL campaigns developed by KMGI. Unicast will format the ad creative developed by KMGI for delivery via the SUPERSTITIAL format and then serve and report against KMGI-designed SUPERSTITIAL advertising campaigns. By retaining control over the delivery of each SUPERSTITIAL advertisement, Unicast can standardize the SUPERSTITIAL ad experience, ensuring that every end-user gets a consistent and complete ad message.
