Forbes Media has laid off 19 people from the editorial side, the company's second round of cuts in two months. Forbes has also decided to operate its print and online businesses together, rather than
separately, an established practice. Bill Baldwin and Paul Maidment will now be co-editors. Baldwin had headed the print magazine, Maidment its Web site. At
Entertainment Weekly, former
managing editor Rick Tetzeli was moved to corporate to work on special projects, while
People executive editor Jess Cagle takes the top post at
EW.
