I couldn’t agree more on the importance of language: at Communispace (www.communispace.com), we are currently engaging Hispanics in private online communities in both Spanish and English, recognizing that that this dynamic market is bi-lingual and bi-cultural. Our research from earlier this year (¿Me Entiendes?) shows that acculturation and Hispanic identity (and the behaviors associated with that) are not synonymous.
