Eric Hastings is the Executive Vice President of Technology at Lotame, responsible for technology strategy, development and operations. Over his 22-year technology career, he has delivered products for a wide range of industries, including security, financial, and government businesses. For the last 15 years he has become a leader in advertising technologies, starting as an early developer for Advertising.com's groundbreaking optimization systems. Eric held multiple leadership positions for Advertising.com, and upon AOL's acquisition served as a Vice President for the company. He then joined mobile ad platform Millennial Media where he led the technology organization through a period of extraordinary growth, as well as a successful IPO in March of 2012. Eric spent several years at ‘ground zero’ of the mobile-specific world, and is now injecting that perspective and expertise into Lotame’s cross-platform/channel architecture and philosophy. Eric holds engineering degrees from the Johns Hopkins University, and currently lives in Maryland.
