Hi Robi -Interesting article and perspective. We've found (I work in mHealth) that there are other ways to get and retain users, namely through providing a convenient, non-intrusive service - in our case refilling and managing medications on your phone. We have very low churn, because the service only messages you when you have an active script. However, I think you're right on track about the value of increasing personalization to help patients with other aspects of their healthcare, and think we'll see increasing investment in this area. I look forward to seeing how this develops!
