Jeff Davis is the CEO of Molio, responsible for leading overall strategy, building the right team and culture, business development and creating shareholder value. Jeff brings 23 successful years of global experience in sales, marketing and general management at Procter & Gamble both in the USA and abroad. Jeff’s P&G journey spans several different product sectors, including consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceuticals and beauty businesses, in five countries in North America and Europe (USA, Canada, Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia). From opening developing markets in Eastern Europe in the early nineties to building P&G’s global business in the pharmaceutical industry in Germany, Canada and in the United States, he has built brands and organizations that have performed at the highest level. In his final assignment, Jeff led global operations and the integration of the Germany-based Wella hair care company into P&G, creating a new, global salon professional hair company in the beauty sector. After retiring from P&G in 2009, Jeff was the angel investor, board member and eventual CEO in Orabrush, Inc. which pioneered the Molio “reverse marketing model.” In addition to speaking German fluently, Jeff is an advanced open water scuba diver and a less advanced golfer.
