Benjamin Bloom is a digital strategist with a passion for using technology to create outstanding experiences and superior results. His experience spans customer engagement, direct response, CRM, analytics, and brand campaigns as both a consultant/strategist and client-side team leader.  He is currently a Senior Digital Strategist at Mapp Digital, located in San Diego, CA. Prior to Mapp, Mr. Bloom was Director of Digital Engagement at The Competitor Group, where he led customer engagement, digital marketing and analytics. Prior to being a client-side marketer, Ben was a digital, social, and CRM strategist at Wunderman and Razorfish in New York City. Ben has a B.A. in Government from Cornell University, and lived in NYC from 2003-2012, an experience which was exciting, weird, romantic, and fell just four years short of seeing the 2nd Ave. subway. He lives in San Diego with his wife and daughter.
