PwC’s “Global Entertainment & Media Outlook 2022-2026” report projects advertising revenue will grow by around 6.6% a year to reach $1.03 trillion by 2026.

As referenced in the report, digital advertising will drive this growth, and non-digital advertising will decline after 2025. PwC estimates that global advertising revenue will broaden by over 9% annually to reach $723.6 billion by 2026 when 74% of revenue is mobile.
