Libby's Vegetables has signed Kim Burton, wife of NASCAR driver Jeff Burton, to make appearances for Libby's "Get Back to the Table" promotions at NASCAR racetracks this spring.

Burton will be on-site at Libby's tents at the racetracks in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Phoenix, Charlotte, N.C., and Dover, Del. to share her "winning solutions" and recipes for family mealtimes with other meal makers.

Families are also being encouraged to submit their own mealtime tips at the Libby's tents or online at GetBacktotheTable.com. The best tips will be featured in a Libby's "Table Talk Guide" to be available in September, which Libby's has designated "Get Back to the Table" month.

In addition, Libby's is launching a "Table-Gating Recipe Contest." Moms and dads can submit favorite family NASCAR tailgating recipes that include Libby's vegetables at Libby's tents at the four racetracks or online at the dedicated site.

A winner from each racetrack and an online winner will compete in a cook-off to be judged by country music star Sara Evans. The grand prize is a family trip to the 2010 NASCAR Season Opener in Daytona. --Karlene Lukovitz
