Medialink, once the largest of the public relations industry's distributors of video news releases and other electronic communications, has agreed to be acquired by The NewsMarket, a Web-based
distributor of VNRs, B-roll, and other marketing communications content. The transaction combines The NewsMarket's digital video distribution platform with Medialink's professional services and
production capabilities.
